Sal Bermudez, the driving force behind Mikhael Holdings Group, brings a wealth of experience and an inspiring personal journey to the world of multifamily real estate investing. Born to immigrant parents and raised in the challenging environment of Compton, California, Sal’s early life was marked by adversity. Despite these hardships, he graduated with honors and earned a degree from California State University Long Beach.

Sal’s professional career began in customer service and networking, eventually leading him to a distinguished 17-year tenure as a peace officer with the California Department of Corrections, where he achieved the rank of lieutenant. In early 2023, Sal faced a life-altering challenge with kidney failure, prompting a pivotal shift towards real estate investing as a means to secure his family’s future and pursue his passion for creating affordable housing.

Leveraging his extensive experience in house flipping, Sal founded Mikhael Holdings Group to focus on acquiring and improving Class B and C multifamily properties, particularly in Phoenix, Arizona. His expertise lies in identifying value-add opportunities and transforming inefficiently managed properties into profitable investments.

Sal’s approach is deeply rooted in transparency, education, and a genuine commitment to helping passive investors—especially tech and healthcare professionals—achieve financial security and growth.
